Payment
Items shipped within Washington state will include local sales tax.
All major credit cards are accepted, as well as PayPal.

We'll send an order confirmation within 24 hours which will indicate lead time for your purchase.

If your items are described as "Ready to Ship", they will ship within 2 business days. 

If your items are described as "Made to Order", please allow some time for fabrication of your handforged jewelry.  Not-in-stock Silver + Dark Silver pieces will ship within 10-12 days; 24k Vermeil + Rose Vermeil will ship within 14-21 days.

Your package will ship via USPS Priority Mail and will arrive within the US in 2-3 days from the shipment date. Tracking information will be sent via email once your order is on it's way!

International orders will also ship via USPS Priority Mail International - the shipment time will vary depending on the destination but is generally 2-3 weeks.

Refunds and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn pieces within 10 days of receipt. Returned items must be in new condition.  Please let us know if you'd like to return your purchase and we will send you the return address. Customer is responsible for return postage and original shipping charges are not refundable.  Customized pieces are not returnable.

Repairs and Refinishing
We stand behind our workmanship and materials, if there's ever anything that requires a refinish or repair just let us know.
